Provide a detailed list of expected expenses for each month. Include all operational and program-related costs. Clearly explain how each item supports your organization’s goals and how funds will be managed to ensure accountability.
- Staffing and Administration: Salaries, stipends, or volunteer support costs
- Program Operations: Supplies, materials, transportation, outreach
- Facility Costs: Rent, utilities, maintenance, insurance
- Marketing and Communications: Advertising, printing, website, promotional materials
- Community Support Activities: Workshops, events, benevolent/community care initiatives

2. Six-Month Budget Plan
Outline how your organization will maintain consistent financial progress over a six-month period. This section should show your ability to plan and manage funding beyond the initial start-up phase.
- Total Estimated Costs for Six Months: Add together all expected expenses across six months
- Seasonal or One-Time Purchases: Example: computer equipment, sound system, event costs
- Evaluation / Reporting Costs: Tracking impact, producing reports
- Emergency / Reserve Funds: Funds set aside for urgent or unexpected needs

3. One-Year Budget Plan
Provide a comprehensive view of your organization’s financial structure for the full year. Your one-year plan should show how the requested funding will create long-term stability and community impact.
