Dr. Renee A. Washington
Executive Director & Founder
With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, ministry development, and philanthropic strategy, Dr. Washington founded Spirit & Truth to bridge the funding gap for community-serving organizations. She holds an advanced degree in Organizational Leadership and has guided dozens of ministries toward financial sustainability.
Marcus T. Rivera
Director of Finance & Operations
Marcus brings deep expertise in nonprofit financial management, fund accounting, and operational systems design. Before joining Spirit & Truth, he served as CFO for a regional faith-based social services network, overseeing multi-million dollar budgets and compliance frameworks across multiple program areas.
Rev. James O. Coleman
Ministry Partnership Advisor
Rev. Coleman serves as the relational bridge between Spirit & Truth and the ministry community it supports. A pastor and community leader for over 25 years, he advises on partnership discernment, ministry culture, and organizational health, ensuring every engagement honors the calling and context of each partner organization.
