Our Mission & Story

The Spirit & Truth Benevolent Fund was founded with a single animating conviction: that ministries and nonprofits doing transformational work in communities deserve a financial partner that truly understands their world. Too many mission-driven organizations struggle not because their work lacks value, but because they lack the financial infrastructure, strategic guidance, and operational support to sustain and scale it. Spirit & Truth was created to close that gap.

Our vision is a world where every ministry and nonprofit that is called to serve its community has the financial foundation and strategic clarity to do so with excellence, sustainability, and lasting impact. The Fund exists not merely to distribute resources but to walk alongside organizations at every stage of their growth as a true covenant partner in mission.

Our Values & Partnership Philosophy

Spirit & Truth is guided by a set of core values that shape every engagement from the first conversation with a ministry leader to the long-term support of a growing nonprofit. These are not simply organizational principles; they are the commitments we bring to every partnership.

Financial Integrity

We hold ourselves and our partners to the highest standards of financial stewardship, transparency, and accountability in all that we do.

Operational Excellence

We believe strong organizations are built on sound systems, clear processes, and disciplined planning and we help our partners achieve exactly that.

We don't just fund: we walk alongside our partners with long-term commitment, strategic counsel, and genuine care for their success.

Community-Centered Impact

Community-Centered Impact

Our measure of success is not financial metrics alone but the tangible, lasting difference our partners make in the communities they serve.

Empowerment Over Dependency

Empowerment Over Dependency

We equip organizations to grow in capacity, confidence, and independence, building strength that outlasts any single grant or engagement.

Who We Serve

The Spirit & Truth Benevolent Fund is built for organizations at the intersection of faith, service, and community transformation. We partner with organizations that are doing meaningful work and are ready to grow operationally, financially, and strategically.

Faith-Based Ministries

Local and regional ministries leading community outreach, discipleship, social services, and pastoral care programs who need financial infrastructure and funding to expand their reach.

Nonprofit Organizations

501(c)(3) and mission-driven nonprofits focused on community development, education, housing, hunger relief, and social services seeking operational support, consulting, and targeted funding.

Community Outreach Organizations

Grassroots and faith-adjacent organizations mobilizing volunteers and resources to address community needs, who may be early in their organizational development and benefit from strategic guidance alongside funding.

Our ideal partners are organizations that are mission-clear, financially responsible, community-rooted, and open to partnership, not just funding recipients. Spirit & Truth looks for leaders who are committed to stewardship and long-term organizational health, not just immediate resource needs.

Our Leadership & Advisory Team

The Spirit & Truth Benevolent Fund is led by experienced professionals who bring together expertise in financial management, nonprofit operations, ministry leadership, and strategic consulting. Our team is united by a shared conviction that mission-driven organizations deserve first-class financial partnership.
